Saudia Airlines

Saudia is the flag carrier for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and a proud member of the SkyTeam alliance. At present, they offer regular service to some 26 domestic and 52 international destinations across the Middle East, Asia, Africa, Europe, and the United States.

If you are planning to travel with your pet, keep in mind that there are very strict regulations governing the import, export, and transfer of all living organisms within Saudi Arabia. Pet travel is possible only if you have received written permission from the National Authority for the Protection of Wildlife and Development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you are able to secure the necessary permit, Saudia will allow cats and birds to travel in the cabin of the aircraft but all dogs must be transported in the cargo hold. It is important to note that not all planes in the Saudia fleet are equipped to transport animal in the hold.
