Cyprus Airways is the national carrier of Cyprus. They are a relatively small airline with a fleet currently consisting of seven A320 and two A319 aircraft. But, despite their modest size, they occupy a place of considerable geographic significance offering scheduled flights to some 18 destinations in Europe, the Mediterranean, and the Middle East.
Currently, they will allow pets to travel either in-cabin or as checked baggage. Small cats, dogs, and some species of birds are the only pets that may be accepted in the cabin of the aircraft. Some larger animals may travel in the cargo hold, as long as all requirements for travel have been met.
