In only a few decades Frontier Airlines have gone from being a small regional carrier to being a sizeable regional and international airline. With a recognized commitment to safety, reliability, and cost-efficiency, they operate regularly scheduled flights across the United States, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
Frontier offers options for small pets travelling in the cabin of the aircraft only. For international travel, dogs and cats are the only pets accepted*. For flights within the continental United States other pets such as birds, hamsters, and guinea pigs may also be permitted, so long as all requirements for travel are met.
Frontier complies with all United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) rules and regulation governing pet travel within the United States. If you will be travelling outside of the United States they advise you to acquaint yourself with all the entrance requirements (including health and vaccination certificates) of any country you will be visiting. They also remind travelers that a pet carrier will count toward your carry-on baggage allowance.
* Some destinations will not accept pets.

Because Frontier does not currently accept pets as checked baggage or as live cargo, it is strongly recommended that you make arrangements with another airline if your pet will be travelling unaccompanied or does not qualify for in-cabin travel.
It is strongly recommended that travelers contact any other airlines directly to familiarize themselves with any connecting airline's individual policies regarding pet travel.
